    • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If there’s an issue with your order, such as a manufacturing defect or wrong item, please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, along with the purchase invoice.
  • Custom Orders: Personalized/customized products cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are created specifically for you.
  • How to Request a Return: Email us at info@gofashiondirect.com with your order number and details of the return or exchange request.

Refunds & Replacements

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we provide the following solutions:

  • Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after we inspect the returned item.
  • Exchanges: Return your item in its original condition with the purchase invoice, and we will send out a replacement.
  • Damaged/Wrong Orders: If you receive the wrong or a damaged item, please send us images at info@gofashiondirect.com within 72 hours of delivery. We will send the correct order and reimburse your postage costs.
